工作內容 Scope of duties: 

-Ensure Ground Handing staff performing duties according to company rules & regulations, report non-conformity. 
-Ensure smooth daily operations for both passenger handing and flight operations. 
-Inform(Duty)station Manager as soon as possible of any flight irregularity and damage to the aircraft. 
-Establish clear & precise communication to passengers, staff & Ground Handling Agents(GHA)in case of irregularity. 
-Assist (Duty)Station manager to organize monthly review meeting with staff, GHA & providers. 
-Represent station to liaise with Operation Control Center (OCC), Captain, Senior purser & Ground Engineer to solve problem. 
-Ensure all manuals & mandatory checks/audits are up-to-date. 
-Realize punctuality & quality standards set by company, aim at 100%. 
-Monitor & govern the performance of CHA & various service providers. 
-Support the Quality Coordinator in his/her efforts to improve quality. 
-Station stock & inventory control. 
-Invoice check to ensure charges are correct. 
-Good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft office(Word, Excel, Power Point,.. etc). 
-Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  
學歷要求:專科以上
 
語言條件:
中文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
 
擅長工具:
 
具備證照:GEPT中高級
